As Senior Editor at Interlink Publishing Group, Leyla Moushabeck curates the illustrated cookbook list, sourcing talent, acquiring titles, and managing authors and freelancers to meet tight deadlines. Leyla Moushabeck has worked with renowned chefs including Asma Khan, Joudie Kalla, Gennaro Contaldo, Sabrina Ghayour, Durkhanai Ayubi, and Yohanis Gebreyesus.
Leyla Moushabeck spearheaded Interlink’s humanitarian cookbook initiative, creating titles like Soup for Syria and Palestine on a Plate, which raise funds and awareness for global causes.
