About the author
Maria Khalifé is a celebrity chef in the Lebanon and Arab countries. She is the founder and owner of Soufra Daimeh Food Network, the first food channel in the Arab countries. Maria also started the first private cookery school in the Lebanon, offering a variety of local and international cookery courses taught by talented chefs and cookbook authors. Maria is an instructor at the Notre Dame University in the Graduate Hotel Management School.
